Cheers craft beer lovers! We are excited to be joined by Erick Garcia, the head brewer at Eagle Rock Brewery in Los Angeles, CA. Erick has been at the head brewer at Eagle rock for a few years now and we talk about his craft beer background and how/where he got his start. We also talk about Eagle Rock Brewery's history (first production brewery in Los Angeles in over 60 years), the original Eagle Rock brewmaster, their focus as a brewery, improving on old recipe's and much more. We also get into Erick's opinions on craft beer and the internet, hazy IPAs, beers we miss and take on some listener and rapid-fire questions.
In addition to all of the craft beer talk, Erick takes us on a guided tour of some of his best beers, have a listen while you drink along.
