All aboard the train to Flavor Town! This week, Greg and Flex are joined by Wylie Withers, the commissioner of the Booze League. We're sipping on some pricey, funky beers, placing a "friendly" wager on the NBA playoffs, finding out who drank more during the pandemic and going down to Florida for a person named Booze.
Wylie kicks off the hydration with a review of Funk Yeah Boysenberry from Beachwood Blendery.
Greg has to apologize to Flex for some gram mishaps. The crew discusses theirdislike for NBA coach Doc Rivers and places a bet for the finals. Flex lost the last bet he was a part of; it involves nudity.
Flex hops in the super-duper weenie wagon and heads on down to Flavor Town with a NEIPA from Eagle Park Brewing. Wylie comes in hot with Guy Fieri fun facts; it turns out Guy makes more money than Tom Brady.
Looks like Pepsi is entering the hard seltzer market. Denver is losing an icon near the stadium; Falling Rock Tap House.
Greg is drinking Mikey, another of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle-themed anniversary beers from Frothy Beard Brewing. Thanks to Wendy for the hookup.
Dust Bowl Brewing is opening up another taproom location. A study shows that most people didn't increase their pandemic alcohol intake; we're calling BS. Massachusetts will no longer be breathalyzing drunk drivers. A Florida woman named Booze was arrested for, well, boozing.
